Fitting Your Quality Made to Measure Window Blinds From Buy Blinds Direct is Simple
1. Unpack the made to measure window blinds. Inside the box you will find the mounting brackets, remove these and decide where your blind is to be mounted taking into account any window handles, tiles, dado rails etc.
2. Follow the instructions supplied or simply download a comprehensive set of installation instructions for the type of blinds purchased, see below for a full list of installation instructions in pdf format. In order to view these files, you will need the Adobe® Acrobat® Reader™ plugin, which you can download from Adobe's website.
3. For drill size guidance use a 5.5mm diameter masonary drill bitt if you are drilling into concrete or brick, this is to suit the red colour rawl plugs. If you are drilling into wood or steel use a 3mm diameter high speed steel (hss) drill bitt for the pilot hole. Always take care when drilling not forgetting to wear a pair of safety glasses for your protection.
4. Then screw the brackets into place and mount your window blind into the brackets, it is as simple as that.
